What are the shoot rules and device restrictions for clients?

Customers may only hand over the single designated device requested in the booking. You cannot ask an associate to shoot with secondary phones or additional cameras. Furthermore, the booking client is fully responsible for everyone in their group, as well as minor child accounts linked under their profile.

Customers are not allowed to have an associate film others without their consent. 

Customers can't request service at private businesses, hotel rooms, homes, or any residential areas. You must be in a public location.

Customers are not allowed to have the associate film illegal activities, inappropriate behavior, or invade others' privacy.

Where can on-demand photo sessions take place?

All sessions must take place in approved public settings. Shoots are strictly prohibited in private residences or private business premises.  C

What conduct is strictly prohibited for partner associates?

Wealthy Selfie Partner associates must maintain absolute professionalism. Prohibited conduct includes illegal activity, carrying weapons or issuing threats, any form of harassment, explicit or exploitative content, operating under the influence, entering unsafe locations, misrepresenting identity, tampering with the customers phone outside of Wealthy Selfie services, and holding something while opering the cell phone.

Associates with low rating could be in jeapordy of losing access to the platform.

What is the policy regarding cancellations and late changes?

For customers who cancel a scheduled shoot will incur a cancellation fee. Clients who frequently cancel on associates, especially those with high approval ratings, risk losing access to the platform.

For partners, declining more than 20% of accepted requests within a 20-job window triggers a first warning notification, followed by a final warning on the second occurrence, and permanent removal on the third.

Who owns and keeps the photos after the shoot?

All photos and videos are captured directly on your personal phone or device. Once the shoot concludes and the associate returns your phone, they retain no copies or access whatsoever to your files, keeping your memories completely private.

What should I do if I feel unsafe during a session?

Your safety is paramount. The Wealthy Selfie app includes an integrated SOS panic button feature as well as direct prompts to call 911 for emergency assistance. If your arriving associate does not match their verified profile picture, use the in-app reporting tool immediately and do not proceed with the shoot.

How do ratings, feedback, and refund requests work?

If you are dissatisfied with an associate's service or experience, please submit your feedback through the post-shoot rating and comment section. 

Do not refund:

Wealthy Selfie does not issue refunds for client camera or device malfunctions of any kind.

We do not issues refunds for poor Associate performance.

Do refund:

If associate doesn't match the profile pic.

If the associate is a no call and no show.

If the associate arrives under the influence. 

If the associate is inappropriate or threatening. (You must cancel and contact 911 or us right away).
